Welcome to PlanSolve! This guide will help you get up and running with our intelligent planning platform.

Prerequisites

A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
An email address for account creation
Basic familiarity with project management concepts

Creating Your Account

Visit PlanSolve

Go to plansolve.com and click “Get Started Free”

Enter Your Details

Enter your email address and create a secure password

Check your email and click the verification link

Complete Your Profile

Add your name, company, and preferences

Your First Project

Step 1: Create a Project

From your dashboard, click “New Project” to get started.

Enter a project name and description
Choose a project template or start from scratch
Set your project start and end dates
Step 2: Add Team Members

Invite your team to collaborate on the project.

Click “Invite Team” in your project
Enter email addresses of team members
Assign roles (Project Manager, Team Member, Viewer)
Send invitations
Step 3: Create Tasks

Break down your project into manageable tasks.

Click “Add Task” in your project
Enter task name, description, and assignee
Set due dates and priority levels
Add dependencies between tasks

Let our AI optimize your project schedule for maximum efficiency.

Click “Optimize Schedule” in your project
Review the AI-suggested timeline
Accept or modify the recommendations
Save your optimized plan

Projects
